About Me

My name is Natalia Bulatova.

I am a professional stretching and body conditioning coach.

 

I give signature technique training classes for:

* artists

* dancers

* sportsmen

* for health (non-sport people)

I work on strength and flexibility of

- core muscles,

- adductors,

- hip rotators for turnout,

- high leg extensions,

- balance,

- feet arch and ankle strength

- strong and flexible back (+removing back pain problems)

The main for me - is highly effective and extremely safe work with humans' bodies to protect them from injuries and help them achieve amazing results.

What Is Unique?

All my classes are multipurpose and are adapted both for dancers' and athletes' professional needs and for amateurs as well.

I integrate all my experience in dance, pilates, yoga, progressing ballet technique, aerial skills and physiology to my technique conditioning classes to give effective exercises specially for athletes to become healthier and stronger in their art and for people who attend classes for health.

I also work with various props

such as fitballs, small pilates balls, yoga blocks, stretching belts, therabands, aerial hammocks, turn boards, small massage balls etc. which really assist and lead to good results.

Most of all I like to give my

synthesized classes which are called #DanceLink_Technique

where I use different exercises and props

at once.

Props and Classes

Belt_Stretching

I am a Founder of this technique and this kind of stretching belts.

It is highly effective because the belts give opportunity to work on strength and flexibility at once.

So all results of stretching are finally fixed by strong muscles.

Aero_Pratica

Aero_Practica is a stunning technique for dancers, athletes and usual people, who doesn't go in for sports.

I love to work with aerial hammock as it gives amazing results to dancers and athletes increasing their muscle strength and flexibility at once.

Pilates Mat

The best choice is to start with this class as Pilates Mat - it's a great system for posture alignment and core muscles strength.

This class is good both for professional athletes and for those who only start their way or just want to keep their body always strong and healthy.

PBT

It's an innovation Australian technique by Marie Walton-Mahon created primarily for ballet dancers (but also brilliant for contemporary dancers and other athletes as well) to develop muscle memory and improve students' understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment which is important for dance and health.

DanceLink

Technique

That is my favorite class as here I use a mixture of best exercises from different techniques with or without props.

Here we work on full body strength and flexibility, posture alignment and balance.

This class is good for athletes and dancers of any level.

Dance Technique Conditioning

Important basics and exercises for balance, turns, jumps, high legs extensions in contemporary dance.

This is a class of contemporary technique conditioning where everybody can study basics from the very beginning or go deeper in their dance technique abilities.

My name is Natalia and I am professional aerial athlete and coach and owner of dance and fitness studio in Parma, Italy.

I'm not enough flexible from nature but of course I have to be in my kind of sport. My stretching progress was very slight and it made me sad.

But suddenly I found Natalia with her Wonderful Stretch Program for the whole body.

I took her Teacher's Course of Belt_Stretching Technique and still we get in touch for online classes of her DanceLink_Technique weekly and I want to say that's true miracle! I have a huge progress!!! Exercises are very professionally chosen for my body and for me that is still difficult to believe that my tight muscles, which were difficult to stretch, are elastic at last.
