”Flow" means smoothness, so this is how we move. This word characterizes the style and pace of classes.
Why flow? Because in a slow pace we can stay attentive and control the movement, the possibility of getting injured is low and it makes the whole practice so deep and conscious, that it gives good results in time.
I recommend these classes to everyone: both professional artists who need always to stay in a good shape, and people who are doing practices for their wellness.

I strongly believe, that it's hard to practice only when you don't like the process or see no real sense how regular practice change your life. When we practice with the goal just to loose weight or to be loved by others, it wouldn't work well, so that I stronly recommend that you can find a goal for yourself like "I practice because my body then feel great, I love this feeling inside" or "every time I practice, I see how it influence on my success in life, that's why I'm doing that, I love these changes, I love the practices".
